Shipping within EU:
We currently deliver to the following EU countries:
Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Republic of lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, North Macedonia, Malta, Republic of Moldova, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom
Shipping outside EU:
We currently deliver to the following non EU countries:
USA, South Korea, Japan, Australia & New Zealand, Taiwan, Singapore, Hongkong & China.
Standard Shipping
All standard shipping orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, within 5-7 business days. During collection launches and an increase of sales, more processing time may be needed which would be announced in the banner at the top of this page. Please watch for your ship confirmation email to advise when your order(s) have been shipped. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to ship your order in as timely a manner as possible. Currently, all standard orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
*Once an order is processed and shipped, please refer to your carrier and tracking number to get estimated delivery dates and times.
Priority Shipping
Priority Shipping orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During collection launches and an increase of sales, more processing time may be needed which would be announced in the banner at the top of this page. You must select and pay for one of the two Priority Shipping options (USPS Priority or FedEx Express 2 Day) at checkout for us to correctly prioritize your order. If you place a Priority Shipping order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will ship on Monday. NOTE: FedEx Express 2 Day does NOT ship to APO's, FPO's, DPO's (military), PO boxes, Puerto Rico, or Guam.
Free Shipping
Please note that reserve the right to choose shipping carriers for any Free Shipping promotions, those promotions cannot be applied to expedited or overnight services.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Le Petit Lapin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We can only confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Store Pickup
Unfortunately, we have suspended store pickups due to orders not being picked up in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience.
